The product

What does Cash Flow Inventory do?

It runs stock, selling, buying, production and double-entry accounting with tax for small and mid-sized businesses, on one live ledger: every document posts to the books as it happens. An AI assistant works inside the same screens.

How is it different from other inventory software?

Twenty sales processes come from one designer of five questions. An AI operator works the real screens while you watch, and work queues let you act on many waiting records at once. Stock never goes below zero by default, invoices close only when settled, and every business has its own isolated database.

Who is it for?

Wholesale and distribution, retail and online sellers, light manufacturing and assembly, pharmacies and other expiry-dated goods, and service, repair and contracting businesses, from one owner to several locations with teams. It is not offered for restaurants at present.

Does it have a point of sale and barcode scanning?

Yes. The till has shifts, promotions, loyalty and gift cards, and barcode scanning is included in every plan.

Does it handle production?

Yes: bills of materials, work orders with backflush, material issues, finished-goods receipts and production scheduling, with costs posted to the books.

Plans and payment

Is there a free plan?

Yes, with no time limit and no card: 2 locations, 2 users, 50 items and 30 sales and 30 purchase orders a month, with every feature.

What do the paid plans cost?

Basic US$69, Standard US$129 and Premium US$249 a month, paid in advance for 1 to 36 months. Plans differ only in capacity. See pricing.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect at once; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days of buying a paid plan. Payment-gateway processing costs may be deducted. See the refund policy.

Are there setup fees?

No. You pay the plan price and nothing else.

Getting started

What do I need to start?

A web browser and an e-mail address. Nothing to install. You choose your country when you sign up, which sets the currency, formats and tax defaults; all of them stay editable.

Can I bring my data from another system?

Products, customers and suppliers import from Excel or CSV, and a connected online store brings its products and orders in. Any list exports to Excel.

How do I learn it?

The assistant suggests first steps and its tutor mode shows each step and why. The documentation covers every part, and tutorial videos are on our YouTube channel.

Integrations

Which online stores and couriers does it connect to?

WooCommerce and the Steadfast courier run live. Shopify, BigCommerce and 11 more store platforms, 9 marketplaces including Amazon and eBay, 30 more carriers, and QuickBooks Online and Xero are tested against the provider’s sandbox. See integrations.

Can my own AI app or tools connect?

Yes. Any AI app can connect over the Model Context Protocol (424 resources) and works with the rights of the person who connected it.

Security and data

How is my data kept apart and safe?

Each business has its own isolated database. Every change is in an audit trail, sign-in can require a second step, and keys for connected services are encrypted. See security.

Can I control what each person sees and does?

Yes. Roles set the pages a person can open, the fields they see, such as cost or margin, and the amount up to which they may approve.

Languages and support

Which languages and countries does it support?

21 languages, including right-to-left scripts, and any currency. Localisation packs add national tax forms and e-invoice formats for countries such as Saudi Arabia, India, Poland, Mexico, Peru and the EU’s Peppol countries.

How do I get help?
