What we collect and why
When you write to us
Your name, e-mail address, the topic and your message, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions, or steps before a contract when you ask about buying.
When you create an account
Your name, e-mail address and optional phone number; the business name, business ID, country, business type and optional address; and a password, which we store only as a one-way hash. We use them to create and run your account, to send the e-mail confirmation link and service messages, and to bill paid plans. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
When you pay for a plan
Payments are taken on 2Checkout’s secure page. 2Checkout receives your name, e-mail address and phone number with the plan and amount; we never receive your card number.
When you sign in
Sign-in records the time, the result and the network address, to protect accounts against misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping accounts secure.
Measuring visits
This website does not use analytics at present. If we turn on Google Analytics 4, it will run only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and this notice will be updated.
Protecting the site
To stop automated abuse of the contact form we keep a one-way hash of the sending network address with the time of each message for one hour, and a daily count.
Data you keep in the app
The records your business keeps in Cash Flow Inventory about its own customers, suppliers and staff belong to your business: your business decides why and how they are used, and we process them only to provide the service to you. The app gives your business tools to export or erase a person’s data and to choose how long message content is kept; see security and privacy.
Who receives data
- 2Checkout, for payments of paid plans.
- Google, for analytics, only if you accept it.
- The services your business connects in the app (online stores, couriers, messaging providers), with the data your business sends them.
We do not sell personal data.
Where data is processed
As our terms of use state, the site is hosted in Bangladesh. If you use it from another country, your data is transferred to and processed in Bangladesh.
How long we keep it
- Account data: while the account exists; accounting records of payments for as long as the law requires.
- Messages you send us: as long as needed to answer you and follow up.
- Form-abuse records: one hour (the daily count holds no personal data).
- Your cookie choice: 180 days, in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data and a copy of it, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@cashflowinventory.com; we may ask you to confirm who you are. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Children
The site and services are for people aged 18 or over.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
