Integration workspaces
Every store, marketplace, courier and accounting link has one page: its connection, what it syncs, orders, listings, parcels, webhooks, health and privacy.
What it is
Each integration — an online store, a marketplace, a courier or an accounting link — has its own workspace page. It brings together everything about that one connection: whether it is connected, how far it is proven, the credentials that are set (never their values), what it syncs and how the last runs went, the records it touched, its webhooks, open findings, who changed it, and what data goes to the vendor.
The page shows only the sections the platform really supports. A capability the app does not have for that platform is shown as not available, and every figure is read from what the integration already recorded.
Who it is for
- Owners and managers who connect and look after integrations.
- Staff who check why an order, a product or a parcel did not sync.
- Privacy contacts who need to know what each vendor receives.
Before you start#
- The workspace needs the integrations right. Rows of orders need the right to view sales orders; parcels and money need the right to view sales invoices; the activity section needs the audit-trail right.
Step by step#
- Open Integrations.
- Press Set up (not connected yet) or Manage (connected) on the card.
- Read Overview: the state and the proof level.
- Use Connection & credentials to connect, update the credentials or disconnect.
- Check What it syncs and Health for the last runs and open findings.
The sections#
- Overview — not connected, connected, switched off, or sign-in failed; how far it is proven (verified live, with the vendor, in sandbox, or not yet); what the vendor link does.
- Connection & credentials — each connection's label, live or test system, which credentials are set and token expiry dates. Update credentials checks the new details with the vendor before saving; Disconnect switches it off or removes it.
- What it syncs — the platform's jobs (brings in, sends, re-links, repairs), the last runs with counts and errors, and the order rules, with a link to the data & sync page.
- Orders (stores, marketplaces) — orders that came from the platform.
- Listings — linked products, variants, categories and customers; each product's last send (synced, failed, pending, held) and the products not up to date.
- Parcels, Tracking, Rates & services, Cash on delivery & settlement (couriers) — parcels by status, the latest status updates, whether the carrier offers live rates, pickups, cancellation, labels, an end-of-day manifest, and COD booked, collected and settled with Reconcile parcels.
- Webhooks — the address to paste into the vendor's panel, the secret (shown once when made) and the last update received.
- Health — open findings about the connection, such as the store sync guard or a refused sign-in.
- Activity — who connected, changed or removed it, from the audit log.
- Data & privacy — what is sent to the vendor and received from it, where it goes, what this app keeps and for how long, and the lawful-basis and international-transfer note.
- Help & docs — the vendor's developer documentation and questions you can ask the assistant.
WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Steadfast, Pathao, Order attribution, QuickBooks and Xero keep their own page layouts; they show the same Data & privacy and Activity sections at the bottom.
When a sign-in fails#
If the vendor keeps refusing the saved credentials (three times in a row for a courier, a payment provider or a single marketplace connection), the connection shows Sign-in failed — update the credentials with the vendor's own reason, and everyone in the business gets one in-app notification. Work that could not be sent waits. The link in the notification opens the update sheet directly; as soon as the new credentials sign in, the waiting work is sent by itself.
How long personal details are kept#
Personal details inside the status updates and orders a platform sends are blanked after 13 months. The order or parcel, its tracking number, status, dates and amounts stay. See Privacy, DSAR and retention.
Limits and what is not there yet#
- A section only appears when the platform supports it; for example, a courier without live rates shows that as not available.
- The workspace never shows a credential's value — at most that it is set.
Questions#
Where do I paste the webhook address?
Copy it from the Webhooks section and paste it into the vendor's own panel. The secret is shown only once, when it is made.
Why does the page say "Sign-in failed"?
The vendor kept refusing the saved credentials. Update them on Connection & credentials; waiting work resumes once they sign in.
Can I see what data a vendor receives?
Yes. Data & privacy lists what is sent and received, where it goes and how long this app keeps it.
Can the assistant read the workspace?
Yes, read-only, with your rights. It cannot see credentials.
